Associate Memberships

Membership in Maple Lake Club is normally made by purchasing property located at Maple Lake and becoming a stockholder in the corporation. This is similar to purchasing property in a Home Owners Association.

Club membership can also be had by purchasing a year-long Associate Membership. This gives the Associate Member and their immediate family Lake Privileges: the use and enjoyment of the clubhouse, Club grounds, roads, and lake. Members may rent the clubhouse at member rates, boat, fish, and swim in the lake, and use the ball courts and playgrounds. The Associate Membership will run for one year from the date of payment of dues.

Club associate membership fees are as follows:

Annually:
- $825 dues

The Maple Lake Club Charter, By-Laws, and Rules and Regulations can be found in the Club Organizational Documents page. Associate Members must sign a contract stating they will abide by the By-Laws and Rules and Regulations of the corporation or suspension of Lake Privileges could result. An Associate Membership does not entitle the holder to voting privileges in Maple Lake Club.
