Ballroom Rental

Kitchen included with ballroom rental.

Alcohol usage at events requires prior Maple Lake Board approval at least 30 days in advance.

Charity events can be held with the approval of the Maple Lake Board of Directors.

Terms, Conditions, and Definitions:

Rental fees and security deposits are due at the time of the reservation.
Security deposit and rental fees can be refunded if cancellation request is made within 30 days and approved by Maple Lake Rental Committee.
Security deposits will be returned within 10 business days if property is left as it was found.
A Member is defined as a Stockholder who lives at Maple Lake, pays yearly dues, and is subject to the by-laws of the Lake. The dues are used in upkeep and maintenance of the Clubhouse and grounds which entitles the Member to lower rental rates for these facilities.
A Non-Member is defined as someone who does NOT live at Maple Lake. If a Non-Member wishes to use the Lake facilities, they MUST be sponsored by a Member and pay the higher rental fees. Non-Member higher rental charges and security deposits are used to maintain Maple Lake facilities.
