Maple Lake Club has the following open positions available:
Lifeguard
Maple Lake Club is currently accepting applications for lifeguards to work at our lake.
Duties:
- Monitor and ensure the safety of all individuals in and around the swimming area
- Enforce lake swimming rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
- Respond quickly and appropriately to any emergencies or incidents that may occur
- Perform water rescues and administer first aid or CPR as necessary
- Conduct regular inspections of the swimming area to identify any hazards or potential risks
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the swimming area and docks, including regular restroom cleaning duties
Experience:
- Must possess a current Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid/AED certification
- Previous lifeguard experience preferred, but not required
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety protocols
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Part-time (1:00 pm to 5:00 pm) May 23 to August 1, 2026
- Competitive wages w/ course and uniform reimbursement
Head Lifeguard

- Plan schedules of the lifeguard team
- Monitor and ensure the safety of all individuals in and around the swimming area
- Enforce lake swimming rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
- Respond quickly and appropriately to any emergencies or incidents that may occur
- Perform water rescues and administer first aid or CPR as necessary
